Buona domenica!!!
per questa questa domenica in verità non avevo programmato dolci: vuoi per il brutto tempo...vuoi anche per altri motivi.... non ero proprio dell'umore adatto....
ma alla fine ho deciso comunque di fare una torta semplice, utilizzando l'ultima frutta estiva prima dell'arrivo di quella autunnale (che in effetti già c'è...)!!!
Questa torta l'ho già realizzata tempo fa utilizzando solo le susine (ricetta qui) stavolta invece ho usato frutta mista: prugne gialle/rosse/nere, pesche gialle e pesche noci) e come liquore ho voluto utilizzare del porto bianco: non vi dico l'aroma che si sprigionava dall'impasto (-_^) mentre per la copertura, anzichè mettere a dolce finito lo zuccchero a velo, prima di infornare ho spolverato il dolce con zucchero di canna per far venire una bella crosticina dolce e croccante!!!
Torta semplice.... molto buona.... provatela!!!!!!!
Ingredienti :
circa 900 g ((pesata con il nocciolo) di frutta mista estiva: pesche, prugne ecc.
200 g farina 00
200 g zucchero
50 g di burro
2 uova
1 busta di vanillina
2 cucchiaini di lievito
1-2 cucchiai di liquore a piacere (io ho utilizzato del porto bianco)
2-3 cucchiai di zucchero di canna
Procedimento :
Lavare la frutta e tagliarla a pezzetti non troppo piccoli. In una ciotola frullare uova e zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso, quindi aggiungere la vanillina, il burro fuso, il liquore, la farina setacciata con il lievito e fare amalgamare bene. Unire all'impasto la frutta. Versare il tutto in una teglia di 24 cm, dopo averla imburrata e infarinata (io ho messo sul fondo la carta forno). Spolverare con lo zucchero di canna e infornare a 160° per circa 50-55 minuti (dipende dai forni: per alcuni ci vuole anche un ora)
